Carriage moves normally, but printheads can’t jet ink:

The problem is: the print heads are spraying at origin position, but can’t jet ink during printing, at the same time, the encoder value displayed in “POS” changes continually, but incorrectly (even if the carriage moves to origin position, the reading of 10000 can not be stable)

Please first change the long data cable, if problem still exists, next change printhead board, encoder sensor, servo board or high density data cable.

Note: The printhead jets ink during printing is on the basis of correct encoder reading value in controlling software.
