Pump is not working:
1) Check the incoming voltage.
2) The plug is connected properly.
3) Use syringe to suck out air from the ink incoming side. Stop until you feel the piston is moving.
4) Check whether there is ink in the safety Sub tank, if yes, please empty the safety subtank.
5) For the new ink pump, adjust the height of main ink bottle to help the pump suck ink.
6) Change pump.
