Problems resulted from bad connecting for the high density data cable:

1) The carriage can not move to origin position while start the software.

2) It costs a long time to move to origin position after the carriage hitting the left limit switch.

3) When the carriage is moving, it stops for a while.

4) The carriage is not moving;

5) The media is not moving;

For any problem related to movement, try to reconnect the high density data cable and reinstall the PCI card. If problems remain, change the high density data cable, servo board, servo driver or motor.
